  • Jaroorat is not the direct provider of services or products listed by third-party vendors unless explicitly identified.
  • Each vendor operates as an independent business entity responsible for its services, pricing, warranties, and regulatory compliance.

Jaroorat Automobile is a founding vendor on the platform but receives no structural preference over other providers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration and booking.
  • Misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • All activity under your account is deemed authorized by you.
  • Notify the platform immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Service Bookings

  • Bookings submitted through Jaroorat constitute service requests, not guaranteed acceptance.
  • Final confirmation depends on provider availability.
  • Service scope, timelines, and execution quality remain the responsibility of the selected vendor.

Jaroorat may introduce structured workflows to improve reliability but does not warrant uninterrupted availability.

5. Pricing Transparency

  • Prices displayed are determined by vendors unless otherwise specified.
  • Estimates may vary based on inspection, additional work, or unforeseen conditions.
  • You approve revised pricing before execution whenever reasonably possible.

6. Payments

  • Payments may be processed through the platform or directly with vendors.
  • You agree to honor payment obligations once a service is completed.
  • Failure to pay may result in account restriction.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations may be subject to time-based restrictions.

  • Jaroorat may mediate disputes but reserves discretion in resolution outcomes.

8. Platform Conduct
